Product Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned product, excluding original shipping and delivery charges.

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.

• Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or otherwise compromised by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

• Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Nalim’s Aroma reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet the requirements outlined above.
